New COI calculation

We've updated how the inbreeding coefficient is calculated. It now uses Wright's path method, with a check that the paths to a common ancestor don't cross. Previously a father and daughter pair could give 48.6%, when it should be around 25%.

If your dog's COI has changed, this is probably why. It's calculated from recorded ancestors: the more complete the pedigree, the more reliable the number.
