Show pages and litter cards

Each show now has its own page with show details, judges, entries and the main ring, and a dog's card now lists its show history.

Litters have their own card too: parents, date, puppies. Litters also appear on each parent's page. Guests can see show details, judges and litter parents. Entries, rings, a dog's show history and puppy names are visible after signing in, which is free.
