Title catalogue

You can now pick a title from a catalogue of titles from different federations. If it isn't there, write it as text, the way it appears on the document. Titles can be searched and filtered.

A title printed on a pedigree issued by a federation counts as verified: such a pedigree is as good as a diploma. If the site doesn't recognise a title in a pedigree it has read, it doesn't add it to the dog's titles. A made-up title in an open database is worse than one that wasn't saved.
